When will my order be delivered?

Limited Edition artwork: within 7 working days

Customize Series: within 1 to 2 months

The One artwork: within 3 working days

If you have opted for delivery, we will contact you via whatsapp / call to liaise for the delivery appointment.

If you have opted for self collect, you may drop by our store after receiving confirmation from us via email or whatsapp, that your order is ready for collection.

How much does the delivery cost?

We provide delivery via Lalamove at a flat fee of $20

Free delivery on order above SGD$100

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship our artwork worldwide! All International Orders ship via DHL.

We will take the best measures to ensure that you will receive your order in proper conditions. If require, we will pack your order using a wooden crate.

All International Shipping will come with tracking details.

Every order destination is unique. Once your order is ready, we will measure and weigh them based on the packaging.

We will check with DHL on the charges, and we will forward you the details. We will request the payment from you based on DHL quotation.

We will only ship out the order after receiving the shipping payment.

Any payment of duties and taxes are to be paid by the receiver.

Can I self collect my order?

Yes, you may self collect from our store during our operating hours.

Do take note to self collect only after receiving confirmation from us via email or whatsapp, that your order is ready for collection.

Do you provide installation services?

Installation services, if required, is provided by a third-party handyman services.

You are required to liaise with the handyman directly for the services.

Installation service charges starts from $50. Installation of x1 Artwork is at $50, subsequent installation is at $30.

Rates above are for a weekday installation service. Additional charges apply for installation service on weekends or Public Holidays. Kindly check directly with the handyman for the charges.

The best time to liaise for the installation service is when you receive a confirmation email from us stating that your artwork is ready for delivery/collection.

Will "Limited Edition" artwork be sold again?

Once they are sold out or time limit is up, they won't be produce again to protect the integrity of the artworks and the collectors who purchased them.

Are all your artwork "Original Ideas" ?

As much as will love to believe that our artwork might be original ideas, we have reached to a stage where everything has been invented, reinvented, and re-reinvented over again.

We take inspiration from worldwide artists/designers and create our works in our own best creativity and direction.

As we handmade or assemble them by hands, no two artwork are ever the same.
